At Axxiem, we start by helping to define the business goals for your website and then the appropriate means to achieve those goals. And yes, that includes a means to measure whether the website is producing the results you expected (i.e. measuring your return on investment ).

Most Web sites lack concrete, measurable business objectives.

Measure Twice Cut Once
The buzzword in the website world today is redesign. Most of our business today is helping clients redesign websites that were launched without clearly defined objectives.

After we have defined objectives we design the means to achieve them.

At Axxiem we employ the FEMA approach to website design and development: First Impression, Emotion, Message and Action.

After all, Message is hardly important if First Impression is not holding the visitor at the website. People feel before they think. We work to develop color, motion, image all to elicit the desired emotional response. All of this is done just to get the visitor to stay long enough to begin to read and "get the message." Then, of course, we must have a message that someone (our target audience) wants to buy, and make the site engaging and user-friendly so it is easy to take the desired action. Like "call us" or "buy."
